Bot Terms of Service

Applies to: the Discord applications rcore - Support bot, RDS - Support bot, and rcore - Partner bot, operated on our official Discord servers (each referred to as "the bot")

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By interacting with the bot (e.g. opening a support ticket, completing verification, or using any of its commands), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot. Use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms).

2. What the bot does

The bot provides support ticketing, member verification, and role management on our official Discord servers. It is operated solely for our own community and partner servers and is not available for installation on third-party servers.

3. Acceptable use

When using the bot, you must not:

abuse, spam, or attempt to overload the bot or its commands,
attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the bot or the data it processes,
use support tickets for purposes other than genuine support, partnership, or verification requests,
impersonate other users or provide false information during verification,
use the bot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Our rights

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

restrict or revoke your access to the bot or any of its functions,
close, archive, or delete support tickets,
remove roles or verification status,
modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot or any of its features at any time.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the bot. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

6. Privacy

Information about how the bot processes personal data is set out in our Bot Privacy Policy, available at rcore.cz/bot-privacy.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at rcore.cz/bot-terms. Continued use of the bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
